With full repair facilities, trained engineers and a large inventory of Sephra and Giles & Posner spare parts, Sephra offer a wide range of scheduled service programmes and ad-hock repair services.
Fountains can be picked up, repaired or serviced and returned using FedEx and UPS priority courier service. Prices for collection and delivery depend on application.
Fountain Servicing
It is recommended that removable bowl fountains are serviced approximately every 500 – 2000 hours or one year depending on model and age of fountain.

Sephra CF44R / CF34R / CF27R / CF23R – Removable Bowl fountain service – £159 + VAT (Price includes new drive shaft, which now only requires replacement every 2000 hours)

I need to service my old sephra 44 inch machine without the removable top base. I cant see the videos as the link does not work. Are you able to send me the video and training videos for this fountain please. Also if I wanted to get a service by Sephra how can I send this over to you.
